Responsibilities: ● Build rapport with prospects and clients● Meeting all goals set for offers/calls/revenue each month● Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM● Generate leads for potential properties to purchase by networking● Provide reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis● Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue● Negotiate, contract, and inspect both on market and off-market investment opportunities● Review and organize due diligence on potential properties● Negotiate with sellers on properties● Make follow up calls/texts/emails with all leads● Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties● Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved● Attend daily meetings and continuing coaching sessions Qualifications: ● 2+ Years of Sales experience, preferably in b2c● Proven track record of increasing closing ratio● Ability to follow and improve processes● Great communication skills● Technologically driven● Ability to learn quickly● Track record of proven sales or improving sales● Real Estate experience preferred but not required● Experience in persuasive selling techniques Compensation: $30,000 Base + Commission
