    We’re looking for a professional, proactive, highly-organized Executive Assistant to play a key role in our growing company. You’ll be working directly with the founder and performing administrative duties such as making travel arrangements, overseeing itineraries, answering phone calls, and making sure ideas are executed upon. Responsibilities: • Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings • Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive • Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive • Work with an executive to prepare for meetings and record minutes • Help with printing, archiving, organizing, decorating, booking flights/hotels, running errands, editing documents, developing presentations, etc. • Assist in hiring/recruiting as needed • Manage subscription accounts, insurance, and office supplies • Manage all utilities for offices and properties • Documenting processes and procedures regularly • Track all utilities to ensure bills are being paid by tenants/wrap buyers • Manage the Filing Process for each property, taxes, water bills, etc. • Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position • Attend business meetings and trainings as required • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • High school diploma or G.E.D. required • 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines Compensation: $48,000 yearly
