We need Bilingual Spanish-speaking Patient Connection Specialists to be a part of our team. In this role, you'll mainly be making outbound calls but also handling some inbound ones. You'll report to our Manager, Contact Center Operations. The job is fully remote and based in San Antonio, Texas.
Remember: All candidates must speak Spanish and English fluently.

Your main job will be to make outbound calls, but you will also answer some inbound calls. Your goal is to handle all calls efficiently. You'll be scheduling appointments for our members, reminding them about upcoming appointments, and providing them with needed instructions. You'll also build trustful relationships with members, caregivers, clinical staff, and vendors.
