Our Customer Service team is looking for an experienced, strategic and driven individual to lead the charge in expanding our business. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Answers inbound and/or places outbound telephone calls as assigned and appropriately directs callers and ensures all calls are handled efficiently and in a timely manner 
• Schedules various types of appointments for practitioners  
• Contacts patients by phone to remind upcoming appointments, to ask follow-up questions, and to provide instructions if needed; cancels and reschedules appointments as well 
• Assists with patient message call backs  
• Establish a trusting relationship with members, caregivers, clinical staff and vendors

WHO YOU ARE:

• Written and orally proficient in Spanish or Mandarin
• High School Diploma or GED required 
• 1 year of Healthcare experience required 
• 1 year of customer service experience is required 
• Medical office or healthcare experience in appointment scheduling and managing patient calls is preferred
