    Field Sales Specialist (FSS) is responsible for field sales activities for all major automotive brands and key accounts for the point of sale financing program.  FSS will report directly to the National Sales Manager (NSM) and support Strategic Account Managers (SAM).  As well, the FSS group will be the field team supporting in-person activities for the sales team.  Main responsibilities will be in-person merchant training on the EasyPay program, integration platforms, CFP and Fleet Program. Duties will fall into two categories: client maintenance and lead generation.

    Duties include, but not limited to:

    • Provide in location training for designated clients
    • New merchant lead development in assigned markets
    • Set-up, distribute and maintain Point of Sale Material for assigned accounts
    • Daily field CRM data input
    • Maintain and report competitor intelligence data and emerging markets
    • Participate in field rehabilitation of poor performing clients as assigned by leadership
    • Work closely with NSM, SAM & Inside sales and various departments
    • Requires 10 to 12 face to face calls per day (New prospects, existing, training & competitive)
    • Weekly reporting
    • Participate in industry, client and local events in a promotional capacity
    • Join internal sales calls

                                                                                                                                                                    

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • 2+ years of outside sales experience
    • Experience in selling to automotive repair centers highly preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, but not required
    • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
    • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
    • Must be self-motivated, assertive and able to take the initiative
    • Proficient in MS Office and web presentation tools
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    Travel Requirements:

    Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
