MARKETING INTERN/PART TIME

The EasyPay Finance Marketing Team is looking for a creative, high energy, marketing intern. EasyPay Finance, based out of Vista, CA, is a leading financial technology firm working at the point of sales with major automotive brands throughout the United States.

This position involves working directly with the Marketing and Executive teams at EasyPay Finance. You will gain hands-on experience working with major brands, cutting edge software, social media, and graphic design while working in a fun and supportive environment.

LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES:

• Help create marketing documents (flyers, postcards, magazine ads)
• Create fun, witty, attention grabbing design concepts for review, while staying within the EasyPay branding guidelines
• Manage media calendar for all digital platforms (blogs, newsletters, social media, emails)
• Update and respond to all social media postings, keeping messaging clear and concise
• Work with sales and marketing team to determine and identify objectives, goals, trends, and key performance indicators
• Inventory management (maintaining inventory, communicating with vendor and internal departments as needed)
• Copy writing (client communication, website, marketing material, SEO, splash pages, presentations)
• Execute email marketing campaigns, track analytics
• Coordinate and manage client surveys

SUGGESTED REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a BA in Marketing, Business or other related majors
• CREATIVTIY, eye for detail, and ability to adapt is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google suite
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
• HTML and graphic design skills
• Excellent writing skills
• SEO experience is a plus

This position is part time - 16-20 hours per week

Pay Range: $14/hour
