    Job Description

    The Private Dining Manager focuses on private events in the Restaurants at an Eataly location. This role focuses on the operations and includes preparation, oversight during the events as well as feedback following the completion of the event. Reports to the General Manager of Restaurants. 

    • Develops and maintains partnerships with the restaurant, retail and quick service departments
    • Manages in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer service
    • Private dinners and private receptions
    • Facilitates communication between the client and chefs, beverage managers and restaurant team members
    • Ensures each individual event is planned correctly and runs smoothly from front-of-house supervision to behind-the-scenes organization and data entry
    • Participates in organizing storewide events, promotions and partner events
    • Performs other duties as required or assigned

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
    • 4+ years of experience in the restaurant/events industry

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
    • Ability to stand and be mobile for periods up to 8 hours in a high-volume environment
