    Job Description

    Eataly is seeking a Product Intern for Summer 2024 to work with and learn from Eataly’s Product & Grocery Team. This internship is a unique opportunity for hands-on, professional experience with a fun and dynamic team. Get a taste of what life is like as an Eatalian!

    Under the supervision of the Category Manager of Grocery, the intern will:

    • Learn about Eataly’s products and the manufacturing details.
    • Liaise with external vendors to assist in product distribution.
    • Collaborate with the Finance and store managing teams to organize databases of products, vendors and categories
    • Perform a system clean-up of Eataly’s current product data to optimize system functionality for the Product Team
    • Demonstrate organizational skills by monitoring and maintaining the data set in excel.
    • Continuously working on PowerPoints to display the finer details of new products being launched in Eataly stores worldwide.
    • Compile data for products by traveling to Eataly store locations and analyzing labels of existing and new shipments.
    • Design and create a final presentation researching new trends for the food market in 2025.
    • Perform other duties as required or assigned.

    This internship runs from June – August. The internship is onsite at Eataly’s corporate offices in Manhattan, NY. The intern will be scheduled per week, Monday – Thursday from approximately 9 am – 6 pm. Internships at Eataly are paid an hourly rate. Housing and transportation costs are the responsibility of the intern.

    • Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree
    • Exceptional writing and communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to take direction and work independently
    • Passion for the food and beverage industry
    • Working knowledge of Italian language preferred

    The compensation for this role is $16 per hour
