Meat and Fish Manager / Fresh Counter Manager
Job Description
The Fresh Counter Manager oversees the team, product and profitability of a fresh counter at an Eataly location. The Fresh Counter Manager effectively directs and supervises all functions and activities of the Meat & Fish department in order to achieve the sales, profit and labor goals established for the department. Reports directly to the Fresh Market Manager and functionally reports to the Meat and Fish Quality Head.
