    Job Description

    The IT Department is looking for a IT Manager Supply Chain (Regular contract, full time) mainly based in our New York HQ.
    He/she will contribute to the support and evolution of the ERP within Eataly supporting the users distributed in North America stores.
    In this role he/she will join the internal IT Department and will have a strict cooperation with internal stakeholders and external D365 consultants to coordinate functional changes of Dynamics D365, maintenance activities, ticket resolution, ticket escalation, quality testing.

    This role reports to the Director, IT.

    We are looking for a person with a flexible disposition towards collaboration, teamwork and a proactive approach.

    The role requires cooperation with other people based in Italy and abroad: ICT members, colleagues from other Departments, external consultants, suppliers of ICT solutions and services.

    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Collaborate with Eataly team in the migration of Eataly entities from current ERP to D365. In cooperation with external consultants, support D365 users to plan and execute functional tests and coordinate the deployment in production of new D365 updates and functionalities
    • Provide functional training and support on Dynamics D365, either using documentation received from the external integrator, or completing and sharing training materials
    • Cooperate with the Eataly D365 Architects in the translation of business needs into ICT functional requirements for the evolution of the system
    • Receive requests issued by end users, qualify them and directly process requests such as troubleshooting of recurring issues, apply basic D365 setup, provide local administration, manage user accesses to D365, etc.
    • Escalate to the 2nd/3rd Level Support the needs requiring a deeper functional expertise or development skills on Dynamics D365. This additional support is provided by internal D365 experts and external consultants
    • Monitor the progress of ongoing tickets/requests, join periodic review meetings, keep end users informed accordingly
    • Perform regular support, maintenance and administration of D365 in order to meet business objectives and requirements. Existing and coming
    • Create support documentation for issues that are expected to reoccur or have previously occurred in order to streamline the support process.
    • Identify areas for continuous improvement and collectively drive approved initiatives assigned to the team
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or Degree in economics or technical subjects
    • 7-8 years (or more) related experience in Dynamics AX2012/D365 support or similar roles, within structured companies or IT consultancy firms
    • Cross-knowledge of AX2012/D365 Functional modules, in particular Procurement, Supply Chain, Trade & Logistic. Main requirement is to have a certain level of knowledge of /D365 functionalities cross to all business areas
    • Specific knowledge of basic finance principles and D365 finance configuration is considered a plus for this role
    • Fluid communication skills in English, both spoken and written, to be used daily with external consultants and colleagues from other countries

    The base salary for this position ranges between $115,000 and $145,000 per year.
