    Job Description

    • As the Accounts Payable Analyst, you are responsible to achieve two important operational standards:
        1. Provide timely and accurate purchasing support for all stakeholders within the company
        1. Only pay invoices and bills that are legitimate and accurate
    • Receive and verify invoices from vendors and suppliers for accuracy
    • Perform on-line accounting data entry/transactions for assigned entity and vendor (500-700 invoices/month)
    • Process invoices following the internal control process including 2-way or 3-way matching to purchase orders
    • Follow the checklist of reviewing invoice records including vendor, currency, amount, purchase requests, and sufficient approval before process payments
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and resolution of discrepancies
    • Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and resolve any outstanding issues or disputes
    • Maintain vendor records, including updating contact information, terms, and payment details
    • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues promptly
    • Manage employee expenses in Concur for correct coding and approval before payments are made
    • Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable files and documentation for audit purposes
    • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business required
    • 1-2+ years of accounts payable experience or internships
    • Experience with ERP system, NetSuite preferred
    • Tipalti, Bill.com, Concur, BOA Cashpro portal experience is a plus
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Manage time effectively between a variety of assignments and projects; use most efficient way to complete tasks and find ways to save time
    • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with vendors, business departments, and management team
    • Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline

    • This position will work on a hybrid model out of our Santa Monica office

    The pay range for this position is $26-$31/hour. However, base pay will be determined on an individual basis considering various factors, including location, qualifications, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a full range of health and financial benefit offerings, which will be provided in conjunction with an offer of employment.
