Our tailored programs combine the expertise of a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the functionality of apps like Evernote and Epicurious. Our platforms powerful technology analyzes over 3 million data points to streamline users decision-making, shopping, and cooking experience, by producing well-balanced meal plans that factor in nutrition, prep time, and waste optimization. Beyond meal planning, EatLove generates grocery lists and simple instructions such as weekly prep schedules, bridging the gap between aspirations and everyday life, with optional grocery delivery through AmazonFresh. Weve been featured in SHAPE magazine, as well as Readers Digest as one of their favorite grocery store apps. To address increasingly complex health requirements, EatLove released its PRO version for dietitians in Fall 2017. EatLove PRO serves as a patient engagement platform empowering dietitians with an efficient online system to create personalized meal plans for specific dietary needs and manage the ongoing needs of their patients. Using EatLove PRO, the dietitian creates a nutrition prescription that details the patients clinical nutrition requirements such as calories, macro- and micronutrients as well as disease state, allergens and avoidances. We need a dynamic individual to join our team. You will work under the Nutrition Outreach Lead and will be responsible for a variety of tasks: Responsibilities - Write effective copy, excelling in correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar - Create content for social media outlets, blog, and newsletter (seasonal & evergreen) - Maintain pipeline of potential recipe partners to support content growth - Outreach to bloggers and media influencers to create earned media strategy - Design a detailed FAQ for our PRO platform - Provide outreach support to our growing dietitian network - Assist nutrition team with other tasks as they arise Requirements - Nutrition Student (Junior or Senior level) or Dietetic Intern - Possess skills at initiating innovative ideas, unifying team members, and judging correctly what will appeal to target audiences - Prefer challenges that involve communication, people-oriented, promote networking and socializing, and include roles that call for imagination - Works well independently and completes projects on time - Possess the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment - Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, social media platforms (including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest) - Experience with Medium, MailChimp, LinkedIn, social media automation tool (such as Buffer or Hootsuite), and simple image design (such as Canva) a plus - Preference given to those who have prior experience working in a startup and living in the San Francisco Bay Area Schedule - Expected time commitment: 20 hours/week for 3 months minimum time commitment. Open to extension based on performance. This is a stipend paid internship.
