    JOB OVERVIEW:

    We are looking for motivated and hard-working individuals to come work our first shift. Pay is between $15-$23 an hour based on experience. With that being said, if you have more experience than what is required we aren't afraid to pay more! The hours are either 5:00 am to 1:30 pm or 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

    In this role, you will wire switchboard or panelboard products and provide wiring expertise. We need someone that can communicate well and be a team player so that all assignments are completed safely and up to our quality standards. You also must need to be able to move and lift up to 35 pounds.

    To be considered for this position, you must have a GED or have graduated from high school, have prior experience wiring, have prior experience working in manufacturing, operations, or an industrial setting, and be able to work in the US without requiring sponsorship. We do not offer a relocation package for this position.

    It's not required, but if you have experience with PLM and/or Material Management (DMM) you will definitely stand out!

    We need someone with good communication skills, someone that is a team player, can work overtime, has a good understanding of wiring diagrams and schematics, and can use hand tools when working with switchboards and panelboards.

    JOB DUTIES:

    We need someone that can follow all guidelines so that everything is completed safely and accurately, can notify colleagues or supervisors when there is an issue that causes delay or unsafe work conditions, and can help train others and take over for them when needed.

    You'll need to be able to use hand tools for electrical wiring assembly, work closely with blueprints, drawings, and wiring diagrams, understand power flow, and figure out the root cause of an issue so that we can make proper adjustments in order to solve the problem.

    You should be proficient in:

    • Blueprint Reading
    • Electrical Schematics
    • PLC wiring
    • Pipefitting
