    We are locally-owned by restaurant owners for restaurant owners in Hartford and are actively engaged in our communities. We are growing quickly.

    • You have 3 years of experience in a RESULTS-DRIVEN SALES, account management, or a similar client-facing role, restaurant/hospitality role.

    In this role, you will

    • Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners
    • Listen to our partner restaurants and prospective partners to find new and better ways to meet their needs
    • Be available in your market for needs and assistance at all times for restaurants or business needs that extend the 9-5 work day
    • Communicate with prospects persistently via email, phone and in-person walk-in’s 
    • Determine new geographic targets, and utilize outlets such as Chamber of Commerce, BNI, & Media Outreach to grow even further
    • Proactively engage with restaurants to persuade them to join Greater Hartford Menus
    • Adeptly use your sales and relationship-building skills to build our restaurant partnerships as quickly as possible
    • Achieve and consistently exceed quarterly business goals
    • Implement creative ways to continuously improve our relationships with our partners all while being patient, respectful, and adaptable to our restaurant partners’ preferences and working styles
    • Be an advocate for restaurants while always working to support our business needs, explain and provide monthly sale numbers
    • Direct client contact including: tablet set up & training coordinating, troubleshooting, menu changes, linking restaurants to restaurant websites 
    • Online management of leads, deals & accounts using LAM & CRM 
    • Coordinate restaurant launch dates, delivery cards & door clings

    We offer base + commission + bonuses and the option to receive an ownership stake after 6 months. We’re looking for someone who can become a key member of our team and help build something to be proud of with us.
