    The Role:

    Eazifunds is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative who will help drive our sales and grow the business. We’re looking for someone with great sales experience and super excited to tell others about our awesome payments platform. You will work with a global sales team to build and close a rapidly growing pipeline. You will generate sales leads, meet with prospects over calls, and create new opportunities and maintain existing relationships. We're excited to be working with someone who is resourceful, highly motivated, result-driven, organized, a team player, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment, and is happy to work with a remote team. We're a rapidly growing team.

    You will:

    1. Be an advocate for the best sales experience at Eazifunds.
    2. Conduct cold calls, messaging, emails, and other communication methods through various platforms to potential customers.
    3. Prospect and close new merchant accounts consistently month after month.
    4. Become an Eazifunds specialist, you will know the platform inside out and help educate potential customers.
    5. Collate and maintain customer information in the CRM database.
    6. Develop and implement sales strategies, client service, retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
    7. Travel to and from client sites.
    8. Conduct product demonstrations to prospects.
    9. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
    10. Market additional Eazifunds products and services when applicable.
    11. Respond to all sales leads in a timely manner.
    12. Accurately forecast merchants’ transaction volumes.
    13. Gain a full understanding of all hardware, software, and reporting offered by Eazifunds

    Requirements:

    1. Fluent English speaker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you have the ability to read, interpret, and clarify customers’ goals, and then respond to help them achieve those goals.
    2. Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience
    3. Proven track record of success in outside sales and/or B2B sales
    4. You take pride in your work, but you are flexible about making changes and hearing others' thoughts.
    5. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
    6. Tech-savvy - love software, tech and excited to learn new software.
    7. Super motivated, can-do attitude, problem solver, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
    8. You’re pragmatic and able to make quick decisions.
    9. You are confident in your abilities and charismatic towards people.
    10. Proficient with CRM and sales tools like Hubspot.
    11. Must be willing to travel.
