 ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST 

Echelon is a leader in Connected Fitness and we are seeking to hire a talented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.

Accounts Receivable position is located in Chattanooga.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will support the finance and accounting team by processing and managing accounts received and providing financial, clerical, and administrative services to complete efficient, timely, and accurate payments on accounts, and will report to the Accounting Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and send out invoices

• Assist with 1099 reporting

• Contact and collect payments from customers

• Fulfill billing, collection, and reporting activities while meeting deadlines

• Perform reconciliations on accounts

• Resolve payment discrepancies

• Process credit card payments

• Assist with month-end closing

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience and experience with relevant computer software programs
