Job Description
The Client Success Coordinator is responsible for handling the relationship of prospective or existing clients with respect to Academy memberships and Implementation program. This role involves discussing with a client or potential client how Echelon Front Academy services can meet the client's needs. Capability to articulate and answer customers' questions about services, prices, availability, or credit terms is essential. The Client Success Coordinator develops and presents presentations and proposals explaining the service specifications as well as emphasizes or recommends service features based on knowledge of clients' needs and Echelon Front's capabilities and limitations. The Client Success Coordinator creates forms and agreements to complete memberships and is responsible for ongoing maintenance of client records using automated systems. This person is also responsible for ensuring the success of clients that are onboarded. A percentage of their time is dedicated to customer support duties. The Client Success Coordinator ensures excellent customer service throughout the client journey. Responsibilities * Manage and track all inbound service requests for the Academy * Execute Implementation Program onboarding * Pre-purchase support: emails, enablement, meetings to support leaders with deciding what programs and solutions are right for them * Demo and Presentation of Training to Teams and Organizations * Execution of purchase and contract (if needed) implementation for Teams clients * Onboarding and orientation of Team Members to Training * Development of templates and Scripts for Sales / Demos / Training * Contribute marketing ideas to support Academy sales * Contribute to the development of SOPs for Product Support and Customer Service team members * Post-purchase support: emails, support tickets as needed * Solicit and implement feedback from clients to recommend and continuously improve processes and offerings * Training sessions to share lessons learned with executing the training * Ensuring teams are set up for success in executing the training offered in the Academy Skills and Qualifications * Bachelor of Business Degree or related qualification preferred * 2+ years of or customer service or sales experience preferred * Deep understanding of the principles of Extreme Ownership * Builds relationships * Attention to detail * Organized * Time Management skills * Ability to meet deadlines & Goal oriented * Reliable and self-motivated * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High customer service orientation Company Description
