Our client is looking for a SR. FINANCIAL ANALYST with FP&A or corporate finance experience! This position will function as a key member of the finance team by maintaining and improving forecasting models, preparing periodic financial statements, and performing analysis. This analyst will have the opportunity to interact with various areas of the business to build annual budgets, develop rolling forecasts, and participate in the month-end close process. You will gain invaluable experience in partnering closely with senior management to provide decision support through ad hoc analysis.

We are looking for the ideal candidate that has excellent analytical skills, extensive modeling experience, and the aptitude to become a resident specialist in all financial aspects of our business. This person should be an enthusiastic, hands-on individual who thrives in a quick-paced environment!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Maintenance and improvement of complex financial models within Adaptive Insights, our SAAS-based planning solution.
• Participate in the monthly P&L review process by recapping actual results versus plan and forecast, preparing monthly variance reports for business owners.
• Preparation and review of monthly reporting packages including detailed financial analysis.
• Provide ongoing support to leaders across various departments to develop rolling forecasts and annual budgets (headcount, operating expenses, and capital planning).
• Support monthly accounting close processes to ensure accuracy.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and analysis for cross-functional departments and management as requested.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant finance experience.
• Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of ownership of assigned tasks and initiative to achieve outstanding results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a record of collaborating with management levels.
• Experience in online media and advertising and Adaptive Insights and Netsuite Coupa is a plus.
