We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sonographer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations, ensuring patient comfort, and collaborating with physicians to provide accurate diagnostic information. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and sonography techniques to effectively assess and document patient conditions.
Requirements
Years of Experience: 2 year(s)
Certifications: BLS, CCI, RDCS
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to sonography and diagnostic imaging.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to sonographic imaging.
- Experience or training in emergency medicine or cardiology is preferred.
- Familiarity with cardiac catheterization procedures is a plus.
- Strong understanding of aseptic technique and infection control practices.
- Ability to assess vital signs accurately before, during, and after procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Certification in Sonography from an accredited institution is required; additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., vascular or cardiac sonography) are advantageous.
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00)
