    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and creative thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will be key in maintaining our marketing plan and campaigns, managing vendor relationships, utilizing marketing analytics for informed decision-making, overseeing creative projects, coordinating events, and ensuring consistent brand management. Additionally, the candidate will manage marketing automation tools and the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Responsibilities: Maintain Marketing Plan and Campaigns: • Develop and execute B2B marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives. • Monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure they are on track to meet goals. • Collaborate with other teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated across channels. Vendor Relationships: • Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and partners. • Negotiate contracts, oversee deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Collaborate with vendors to execute successful marketing initiatives. Marketing Analytics: • Utilize analytics tools to assess the performance of marketing campaigns. • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team for data-driven decision-making. • Implement A/B testing and other strategies to optimize marketing efforts. Graphic Design: • Develop internally and work with external parties to create visually appealing and effective marketing collateral. • Ensure brand consistency across all design elements. Event Coordination: • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including trade shows, conferences, and service offering launches. • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and post-event evaluations. Brand Management: • Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels. • Monitor brand perception and take proactive measures to enhance and protect the brand image. Marketing Automation/CRM: • Implement and optimize marketing automation tools to streamline processes. • Oversee the CRM system to manage customer data, segmentation, and communication strategies. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience and working with a CRM/Marketing automation platform (Hubspot preferred). • Proficient use of Adobe products such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, and Premiere. • Experience with developing and implementing marketing plans. • US Work Authorization and valid US Drivers license with reliable transportation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation: $65,500 - $75,000 yearly
