Eckert Insurance Group is in the market to hire a proven ROCK STAR property and casualty insurance agent to round out our dedicated team and help provide the next generation of talent necessary to fulfill our internal perpetuation strategy of becoming an employee owned agency.

We will pay you more in salary and group bonuses than you are currently earning.

All staff has ownership in the company and all new staff will have the same opportunity via stock based compensation. Tenure is rewarded.

Our target market is preferred home, auto, landlords and small business owners. We are 63% personal lines and 90% direct bill.

Familiarity with our software and carriers is preferred: Applied Epic, Epic Quotes, MS365, Safeco, Encompass, Nationwide, Foremost, Chubb, Hartford, Travelers, Liberty Mutual.

Individual traits we are looking for: Warm and friendly personality, an early riser, honest, reliable, servant minded and a love for closing deals. You must have the maturity to give a full measure of work regardless of the setting. We are remote first, but we do have an office in south Austin that's available for all to use.

We will hire a proven property casualty insurance agent or property casualty account manager that is ready to establish deep roots and help perpetuate our agency into the next decades.
