    We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. (Part time or full time available) We are a fast-paced high-energy team! Hybrid model - so you can work from home part-time and come into the office. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. If this sounds like you, apply today! Responsibilities: • Writing offers, sending contracts, and completing the other paperwork between clients • Manage office duties such as ordering office equipment and supplies and preparing our team for upcoming appointments • Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive • Schedules travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings • Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, dropping off documents at other brokerages, etc. • Run the social media account; posting, commenting, and putting together content Qualifications: • Communicates well, both verbally and written • High school diploma or equivalent required • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents Compensation: $18 - $24 hourly
