Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and environmentally conscious individual to join our team as an Eco-Friendly Junk Removal Specialist. In this role, you will help customers responsibly remove unwanted items from homes, offices, and construction sites while prioritizing recycling, donating, and proper disposal practices. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and making a positive environmental impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load, transport, and unload various items including furniture, appliances, electronics, yard debris, and construction materials

Sort items for recycling, donation, or disposal according to company sustainability policies

Provide excellent customer service on-site, including explaining our eco-friendly practices

Maintain a clean and organized truck and workspace

Complete necessary paperwork or digital forms to track inventory, pickups, and drop-offs

Coordinate with donation centers, recycling facilities, and local landfills

Follow safety procedures and lifting protocols to prevent injury or damage

Represent the company with professionalism and a friendly attitude at all times

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license (1 moving violation OR LESS in the past 36 months)

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions

Strong communication and customer service skills

Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility

Experience in moving, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
