JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative / Lead Generator

REPORTS TO: Human Resources Generalist

CLASSIFICATION: $15 – $19 Hourly Part-Time / Plus Commission

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: COMMISSION

BACKGROUND:

We have established a great relationship with one of the world’s largest retailers, world known wholesale stores. You will have an awesome opportunity and play a vital role in generating leads, as you will be the face of Ecowater.

YOU WILL BE LOCATED INSIDE OF THESE LOCATIONS AND WILL BE THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR MANY OF ECOWATER’S PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS. Our Brand Ambassadors meet their lead generation goals by eagerly and happily engaging with prospective customers, helping to assist and answer questions related to their home water treatment needs and effectively communicating Ecowater’s service values.

WE OFFER WEEKLY BASE PAY AND OPPORTUNITY TO EARN COMMISSION.

SCHEDULE:

• Day shift
• Holidays (OFF)
• Wednesday to Sunday
• Weekend availability

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:

• Commission pay
• Ability to earn up to: $23,000 - $47,000 First year (Bonuses included)
• Paid training
• Weekly Paid Bonuses

EXPERIENCE:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to stand for 4-6 hours.
• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Travel to work location is required.
• Needs to be very punctual and reliable.
• Needs to provide great customer service and positive attitude.
• Driven to earn bonuses for going beyond individual goals.
• Paid Training.
• Pass background screening.

WORK REMOTELY: NO

COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS: To keep our Lead Generators safe, we area regularly sanitizing the kiosk locations, supplying face masks/shields, and ask that they remain 6ft+ from any potential customer.
