EcoLube Recovery is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Portland, Oregon! This person is the critical link between businesses in need of environmental services and ELR route drivers to ensure current and prospective customers receive a superior service experience. This role directs and coordinates customer service activities and provides administrative support for branch locations within Washington and Oregon.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Answer all incoming telephone calls to office in a professional and efficient manner.

· Respond to service requests by obtaining all pertinent information from the customer.

· Provide back-up customer service support to CSR in Washington

· Prepare Daily and Weekly Dispatch Reports for service requests and distributes to appropriate driver.

· Monitor status of service requests to ensure customers are provided timely service

· Keep track of driver locations throughout day

· Promptly communicate with customers on schedule changes or delays using good judgment

· Contact field service personnel via phone to obtain or give information and directions regarding service activities

· Process all paperwork related to the customer service process per company protocols and standards.

· Build and maintains customer relationships

· Resolve customer complaints and answer client questions with assistance from Branch Manager or Account Manager when necessary.

· Send written business correspondence to existing and potential clients.

· Use Smart Service and Quickbooks for billing and reporting.

· Coordinate and execute various general office administrative tasks in an organized and proactive fashion

· Provide administrative support to ELR management and sales team.

· Work with the ELR Accounting team as it relates to Customer Service activities and responsibilities.

· Process all intercompany paperwork related to incoming and outgoing shipments.

· Other duties as assigned.

SCHEDULE: M-F, 8:30am-5pm

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

· Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred

· 1-2 years customer service or dispatch experience required

· Able to communicate well verbally and in writing in English

· Strong customer service skills

· Basic math skills

· Proficient with computers: typing, 10-key, Microsoft Office suite

· Experience in Smart Service and/or Quickbooks desirable

· Strong problem-solving skills
