JOB SUMMARY

MAD Design USA is looking for an eager entry to mid-level customer phone support professional to add to their dynamic customer support team! This position will be a front line role and will have KPI’s that assess the accuracy, timeliness and attitude that contribute to the success in the role and in the company culture.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep a positive, friendly and solutions-based attitude at all times when active in the job.

• Answer calls in a timely manner and show multitasking ability when call volumes peak.

• Direct callers to the right personnel or department accurately and respectfully.

• Be punctual.

• Ability to quickly learn the internal tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, Skype, Google Meets, Netsuite, Google Calendar etc.).

• Be agile and flexible.

• Ability to learn the product and easy trouble-shooting steps and processes.

• Be able to work from the Culver City office or at home if needed.

• Ask questions if needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Over 18 years of age.

• Be able to work in the U.S. legally and without sponsorship.

• Have reliable internet connection (if working from home).

• Able to handle high volumes of calls per day.

• Able to work in a high speed environment.

• Prior contact center experience welcomed.
