This position is ideal for those who possess a background in business, finance, and have the desire to learn and advance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:     

• Good command of requirements management best practices and methodologies 
• Gathering and documenting requirements. 
• Good command of insurance BUSINESS processes & terminology (product and claims knowledge preferred) 
• Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate sessions to understand the BUSINESS problem and requirements / options that will fulfill the resolution 
• Ability to develop partnering relationships with BUSINESS partners, Quality Control and technology team members 
• Self-Starter who is able to work with minimal management oversight .

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree. All major are encouraged to apply
• 0-1 year of experience 
• Strong Communication & Technical skills.
• Responsible, dependable, quick learner.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology.
