About the Internship:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Ecommerce Intern to support our Ecommerce team in managing the Petite Plume website and online shopping experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to luxury ecommerce operations, digital merchandising, and site performance, making it ideal for someone interested in fashion, retail, or digital marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with product uploads and update s on the Petite Plume website, ensuring accuracy across pricing, sizing, imagery, and descriptions
- Support site merchandising, including category organization, collection launches, and seasonal updates
- Help maintain a polished and consistent on-site experience that reflects the Petite Plume brand
- Support execution of promotions, site refreshes, and product launches
- Assist with ad-hoc projects related to e-commerce growth and optimization
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of organization
- Interest in ecommerce, digital merchandising, customer experience, fashion and/or luxury retail
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working in Google Sheets and Slack
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Appreciation for brand presentation and customer experience
