Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the ecommerce sales strategy across DTC website, marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.), and other digital platforms.
Develop and Own sales and revenue targets and performance metrics for all online sales channels.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize product listings, promotions, and customer experience.
Analyze ecommerce performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Manage relationships with third-party ecommerce partners, agencies, and platforms.
Oversee pricing strategy, inventory planning, and promotional calendars for online channels.
Implement tools and technologies to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
Stay current with ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of ecommerce experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in driving online sales growth, preferably in consumer goods or outdoor lifestyle categories.
Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.) and marketplaces.
Strong analytical skills and experience with ecommerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Passion for the outdoors and familiarity with patio and camping product categories is a plus.
