Position Overview
The E-commerce Account Specialist will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with a designated portfolio of clients. As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Customer Success, Product, and Sales to ensure client needs are met effectively. Your role will involve resolving client inquiries, driving results in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the development of customer success strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their advocate and primary resource for support.
- Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing training and resources to ensure effective use of the platform.
- Proactive Support: Monitor client accounts, identify potential issues, and provide timely solutions with regular check-ins.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and support teams to enhance the overall client experience.
- Performance Tracking: Track client engagement metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Client Education: Ensure clients are informed about the latest features and strategies to maximize their use of the platform.
- Problem Resolution: Efficiently address and resolve client inquiries and issues to ensure a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client support.
- Experience with Amazon Ads is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
