Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and our company website, while also coordinating social media content to support brand awareness and online sales. This role ensures accurate listings, strong product visibility, consistent branding, and effective cross-channel promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace & Website Management
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and the company website
Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, bullet points, pricing, images, and keywords
Monitor listing health, compliance, and marketplace guidelines
Manage product variations, categories, and attributes
Inventory & Pricing Coordination
Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to maintain accurate stock levels
Monitor pricing competitiveness and update pricing as needed
Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, or out-of-stock issues
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track sales performance, conversion rates, and listing metrics
Identify trends and opportunities to improve product performance
Prepare regular performance and insight reports
Promotions & Campaign Support
Assist with promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
Support product launches and special sales events
Coordinate with marketing team on banners, featured listings, and promotions
Social Media Content Coordination
Coordinate social media content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
Collaborate with marketing, creative, or external partners to plan and schedule posts
Align social media content with product launches, promotions, and campaigns
Ensure social content is consistent with brand messaging and visual standards
Monitor engagement and provide insights to improve content performance
Customer Experience Support
Monitor product reviews and ratings
Coordinate with customer service to address listing-related issues or feedback
Implement improvements based on customer insights
Qualifications
Proven experience managing listings on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, or e-commerce websites
Experience coordinating or supporting social media content
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Understanding of e-commerce SEO and marketplace best practices
Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously
Strong written communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Etsy Shop Manager
Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
Experience with social media scheduling tools
Basic knowledge of paid ads (Amazon Ads, Etsy Ads, social media ads) is a plus
Experience using analytics and reporting tools
