The Business Analyst will be working closely with the Senior business analyst on Econolite’s ongoing ERP implementation and maintenance efforts. The incumbent should have experience with configurations of D365 F&O including, but not limited to, forms, workflows, business rules, record security, business process flows. Ability to translate requirements into technical architecture for the solution that is scalable and flexible.

DUTIES:

• Support Econolite’s ERP department with troubleshooting system bug fixes and new development efforts
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application as it relates to Econolite.
• Responsible for working with the implementation team configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application and company business processes to achieve Econolite’s business requirements.
• Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance) or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in ERP implementation and maintenance or development
• Experience with AT LEAST 1 full-cycle ERP implementation is required
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX 2012 or after) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations is required
• Technical skills development on D365 is preferred
• Functional understanding of Procure to pay business process is a plus.
• Knowledge with configuring and supporting MRP is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with supply chain module and manufacturing is a plus
• Application development experience is preferred
• Experience with reporting, analytics and dashboarding is desirable.
• Analytical skills to understand the organization and its functions
