We are looking for an educator who combines strong academic expertise with practical experience in guiding students to measurable success in business competitions and applied projects.

Mentor and prepare students for high-profile competitions, including FBLA, Wharton Global High School Investment Competition, and similar national or international contests.

Collaborate with the academic team to design interdisciplinary courses integrating theory with real-world business applications.

Incorporate case studies, market simulations, and project-based learning to develop students’ financial literacy and analytical skills.

Guide students in research, portfolio management, and entrepreneurship projects, helping them build leadership, teamwork, and strategic thinking skills.

Evaluate student performance using a range of formative and summative assessments, and provide constructive, timely feedback to support academic growth.

    Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; Master’s or higher degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the high school or college level.

Proven record of mentoring students in business or economics competitions (FBLA, Wharton Global HS Investment, DECA, etc.), with documented student achievements or awards.

Ability to teach across multiple disciplines, including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Business Strategy.

Strong command of educational technologies and data-driven instructional practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a passion for inspiring students to explore business and economic systems in depth.
