Operate several types of power construction equipment, to excavate, lift, move, and sort construction material, and do so in a safe and timely manner with the highest quality possible. Candidates should have at least one year of experience operating a variety of heavy equipment, specifically excavators. Candidates will be responsible for inspecting equipment before and after you use them, move materials from one area to another. All equipment operators must follow company and governmental safety guidelines at all times. Responsibilities: • Follow all safety procedures while operating heavy equipment • Ensure equipment stays in clean working order and report any issues to supervisor • Ensure the work area is safe and compliant at all times. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds • Must have reliable transportation to get to work • Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards • One year or more previous experience operating Dozer and excavator • Other heavy equipment experience preferred Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly
