Residential Estimator & Design

We are seeking an energetic, motivated and driven individual to join our Team as a Residential Estimator &
Design Rep and contribute to our continued success!
Essential Functions:
Identify and engage with potential clients to promote our landscaping services
Consult with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
Present and sell our comprehensive range of landscape solutions
Secure new projects for residential properties
Build and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing maintenance contracts
Collaborate with our team to ensure the successful execution of projects
Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative and tailored solutions
Create professional proposals and conduct client presentations
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proven experience in outside sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Ability to multitask and SELL
Excellent Sales & Negotiation skills
Confidence and motivation to work toward goals
Valid and clean driver's license
Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented mindset

A Job Type: Full-time
✅$1,000 Sign On Bonus for team members who join before April 1st. First $500 installment paid in July and second paid in October
