    Customer Service Rep

    All Wet Irrigation i s a rapidly expanding Outdoor Service Company specializing in lawn sprinklers, lawn fertilization, mosquito and tick control, outdoor lighting and drainage solutions.     We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Team as a Customer Service Rep in our Dover, NJ Office and contribute to our continued success!

    All Wet Irrigation is seeking a top-notch Customer Service Rep who will deliver outstanding care to our valued customers. We are looking for detailed-oriented, multi-tasking individuals who likes to work in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate for the position will have customer service experience, excellent telephone skills, knowledge in billing, cross-sales, and problem-solving abilities.

    Essential Functions:

    • Answer incoming Customer Calls in queue
    • Scheduling services
    • Handling customer issues
    • Account Billing & Collecting
    • Membership Sales and Cross-Selling of other company services

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of CRM software, Excel and Word a plus.
    • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
    • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
    • Some Sales experience
    • Previous knowledge of billing preferred
    • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with customers.
    • Ring Central Software experience a plus!

    Education:

    High School Diploma or GED

    Compensation:

    Weekend availability:

    4 Saturday's in a year between 8am-12pm
