Sales Representative- Hiring Immediately. NO experience needed. We will train you with our sales representative training program! We have had a great experience with our sales team when we've hired people with NO experience in sales, sales consulting, or outside sales experience. We would be fine hiring a salesperson with customer service skills, customer service management, or outside sales experience. Our sales rep training works so well. We simply need a happy, outgoing person and we can help you with the rest. We are a home service exterior cleaning company. But, we are very large in our industry space. Our salespeople make a very good living working with us, and our systems. This isn't just a "small pressure washing business." Our company is one of the largest home service businesses in the area. You will have room to grow both in income and title with us.

Sales Efforts:

Following up on 20-30 leads a week generated by our marketing efforts

Meeting with mostly residential clients to provide estimates and follow up on service

Following processes for generating customer referrals

Generate your own leads using our sales processes and following up on those leads

Expected to generate a minimum $350,000 in business first 1-2 years- the average is $600k

Commercial and Residential clients, PLUS several services we offer, all lead to great commissions

Compensation:

Base pay + Commission

Paid Time Off

Vacation Pay

Sick Pay

Company Vehicle and Gas Card

The average first year will be between $55,000 to $65,000 or more depending on your efforts
