Job Description

Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a CORPORATE RECRUITER. The position reports to the Head of Human Resources at the corporate office located in Delray Beach, FL.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, selecting and retaining talented candidates for 24 of our locations. You will also be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive recruitment strategy for our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Recruit, evaluate and develop a sustainable hiring strategy and process, for positions at all levels. ·Design, plan and execute employment branding activities ·Source and find candidates qualified for open positions · Place and track performance of ads on different job sites · Schedule job interviews, conduct phone screens and assist in interview process ·Perform ongoing analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast ·Utilize HRIS, ATS and Recruitment Marketing tools ·Ensure a positive candidate experience. ·Attend career and college job fairs, and similar events ·Set up and Conduct on site job fairs ·Oversee 1 direct report, junior recruiter

QUALIFICATIONS:

·2-5 years of experience as a recruiter or similar HR role ·In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques ·Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, selection tools) ·Previous experience utilizing job boards and social media ·Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools ·Demonstrated effective communication skills across multiple methods and employee levels. ·High level of confidentiality ·Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
