Here at Ed Roehr Safety Products, we outfit law enforcement bumper to bumper and head to toe. We are looking for someone to join our customer service team in helping us provide products to the individuals doing their best in keeping us safe. An ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detailed oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. In this unique business our customer service reps need to have a drive to learn about new products as items and vehicles are constantly changing.

Required Skills:

• Multi-tasker

-Good with customers

-Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

-Organized

Some duties include but are not limited to:

-Help maintain the showroom

-Assisting customers by phone, in person or by e-mail

-Making quotes and entering orders

-Measuring customer for uniforms

-Researching product

-Taking payments

-Ensure deadlines are met

This is a full time, Monday thru Friday position. Starting pay will be based off of past customer service experience.
