Job Description

Our small import/distribution company is located in Mesa, AZ. We work with major theme parks, cruise ships and entertainment companies and supply them souvenirs and accessories.

We are looking for a part time employee, M-F 9:00am-2:00pm. You must be able to work independently after training and willing to switch between responsibilities as needed. This position may have the opportunity to change to a full time position in the future. If the position grows to a fulltime position benefits will be offered.  We are looking for a long-term fit, serious applicants only please.

The warehouse data entry position is an integral part of the team and will assist the warehouse manager with a variety of clerical duties and daily responsibilities. The warehouse data entry position helps to keep our overseas orders in production on track for an on time delivery. Most of the position will be computer based and require precise attention to detail.

This position has the following main duties: · Order entry into Macola (ERP) · Post invoices into ERP and email to the customers · Generate shipping documents for the vendors overseas · Generate advanced shipping notices for the customers' shipments · Generate UCC labels/COC and send to vendors overseas · Monitor packaging stock at overseas vendors · Order labels and cards as needed for overseas vendors · Retrieve new PO's from customer's website and send to management · Maintain product testing documentation · Assist in editing product photographs · Other projects/duties as needed

Required: ·Strong written and verbal communication skills ·Good team working skills ·Ability to use MS Excel, Word and Outlook ·Previous experience in a small warehouse environment ·A working knowledge of order processing systems/ERP system
