  • Responsibilities

    The Night Auditor performs end-of-day accounting tasks along with overnight front desk duties. Responsibilities: • Audit and reconcile the day’s work for the hotel, banquets, food, and beverage outlets • Check-in late-night arrivals • Answer guest calls • Assist guest with an outstanding quality level of customer service • Teach new information regarding night audit duties to the night audit team • Maintain a positive, motivated team environment • Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: ESSENTIAL SKILLS: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work as part of a team and be a self-starter • Ability to multitask and remain collected under pressure • Highly detail oriented particularly with numbers • Desire to provide excellent service to each guest regardless of the situation EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • A minimum high school diploma or GED, is required • At least one (1) year of Hotel Front Desk experience, is required. At least one (1) year of Food & Beverage night audit experience, is preferred • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Opera (PMS), and Aloha (POS), is preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time Compensation: $17 hourly
