Responsibilities: • Assist guests with an outstanding quality level of customer service • Respond to guest calls and requests • Regularly review safety manuals and guidelines • Coordinate with relevant authorities and agencies for effective emergency management • Contribute to detailed records of safety-related incidents • Communicate safety-related information to staff and guests • Conduct routine inspections of the property • Provide assistance to all departments, as needed • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly • Provide a high level of customer service • Any other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications: • Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively • Excellent de-escalation skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work as part of a team and be a self-starter • Ability to multitask and remain collected under pressure • Highly detail oriented particularly with numbers • Desire to provide excellent service to each guest regardless of the situation EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional safety certifications are preferred • Prior experience in a safety role is a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time • Ability to lift 45 pounds • Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather Compensation: $18 hourly
