    OVERVIEW OF ROLE: The Bell Attendant creates a welcoming environment for Resort guests. They will facilitate their arrival or departure in an exceptional manner and shuttle guests to their destinations. Responsibilities: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Takes initiative to greet guests in a warm and friendly manner. • Open doors, greet guests, and assist with luggage. • Keep Lobby area tidy by sweeping and removing refuse. • Assist guests by giving directions and providing important information about the Resort and local attractions. • Shuttles guests within a 10-mile radius. • Drives to pick up supplies as needed. • Bus luggage porter. • Assist with check-in desk as needed. • May assist other departments as necessary. • Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: ESSENTIAL SKILLS: • Expert in the art of gracious hospitality. • Positive, outgoing individual. • Customer service oriented, ensures that every guest has an excellent experience. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • At least one (1) year hotel or customer service experience, is preferred. • A valid Pennsylvania Class A Commercial Drivers License, is required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. • Ability to lift up to seventy (70) pounds for luggage assistance. Compensation: $12 an hour to start
