Job Types: Full-time, Part-time and Spring Internships available

Start Date: Within the Next 2 weeks (notice periods will be given consideration)

Duration: Permanent positions and Internships opportunities available (Must be able to start within 2-4 weeks) & permanent roles also available (preferable). For internships, all candidates must be able to work for a minimum of 12 weeks.

Pay: up to $55,000 including bonuses and incentives, paid weekly!

Your role as a Sales Representative

Working within our marketing department, you will be responsible for selling our clients extensive product range to their varied customer base.

Reporting to the Area Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Act as point of contact for customers at our branded events space within a retail setting
• Help sales team communicate, up-sell or cross-sell services and products - including closing of a handful of sales daily
• Ensuring accurate capture of new customer data at POS at our retail event site
• Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure company goals are met
• Answers questions and enquiries in a timely manner on a face to face basis
• Upselling | providing the newest and best deal information
• Resolving issues with clients and customers

Critical to your success will be:

• Reliability and consistency in sales and service delivery
• Fantastic relationship building skills
• A willingness to learn new skills
• The ability to commute to Downtown Santa Ana, 92703 (This is not a remote position)
