Our client is a $30M government contractor in rapid growth mode. They are looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team, that will report into their Controller. The company works on highly classified contracts and this role would allow for the person to obtain a clearance. 

This position will focus on monthly and consolidated financial reporting, as well as implementing processes and controls.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll.
• Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation including journal entry review and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Implement and document processes and controls to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Partner with the FP&A team to perform ad-hoc financial and operational analyses as needed.
