Job Description
Account Management is focused on client relationships, and the team is held accountable to grow and develop our regional client base. This is accomplished by nurturing existing relationships through expert strategic advisory & relationship management which ultimately leads to strong client satisfaction and retention.
Client Relationship Managers (CRM) act as a strategic advisor and consultant to Edge’s clients, providing technical and business focused guidance and support to provide a critical service wrapper around Edge’s managed technology offerings. The CRM also plays an important role in supporting the teams in a cross functional manner with the creation, management, and evolution, of the workflows, systems, policies, and procedures required to provide our clients with the highest level of service.

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds. In addition, the employee may be required to sit at a desktop monitor for long hours and take phone calls.
