Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the trading system to make informed intraday trading decisions.
• Manage and align the desk’s positions with established risk parameters.
• Evaluate and enhance trading algorithms to optimize performance.
• Innovate and refine trading parameters to increase profitability.
• Engage collaboratively firm-wide to advance systems and boost overall performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 0-2 years of trading experience; relevant internship experience is advantageous.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills.
• Capacity to rapidly adapt and manage multiple responsibilities with high operational excellence.
• Python programming proficiency is a plus.
