Edgelinkz is hiring a Project Manager/Contract Specialist in Ocala, FL. You get to be the owner of the overall contract administration/project management function(s). Industry experience required.

Experience working under a nuclear QA program and familiarity with ASME NQA-1 and ASME Section III Code preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business plus 3-5 years of experience in contract/project management required.
• Experience in the Power & Energy market, with a background in ASME B16.34 control valves.
• Experience working under a nuclear QA program and familiarity with ASME NQA-1 and ASME Section III Code preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
• Customer facing role with regulatory audit participation required as well.
• Experience in dealing with complex customer specifications and documentation requirements.
• Professional background in manufacturing, with a technical aptitude in engineering.
• Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage a larger volume of projects/orders simultaneously.
• Proven experience of using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/SAP) and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project & SharePoint.
