Business Management Internship Description:You will assist department heads and managers, inspire employees, and engage with guests all while assisting in running an efficient and profitable business that delivers a superior guest experience.

This internship might be for you if you:

work well in a team setting

are interested in handling the daily operations and overseeing all areas of the hotel including front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, marketing, finances, human resources, and sales

are capable to successfully market the hotel's quality product and services with the goal of exceeding guests’ expectations

want to recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent

want to not only supervise hotel employees but mentor and motivate them as well

are passionate and will help guests out as quickly and awesomely as possible

want to learn how to produce and effectively explain the monthly financial reports

have the ability to deliver strong communication

Required:

Must be able to commit to a minimum of 8 weeks (320 hours)

Must be able to stay at the property or have reliable transportation to the property

Must be enrolled in college (any level is acceptable- Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or above)

Will be paid per hour (discussed upon interview)
