We are searching for telemarketers to service leads in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be speaking with business owners and learning more about how we can help them, then transferring them to our inside sales team. This is an in-office position.

Skills: ● Excellent communication and presentation skills ● Persistent and result-oriented ● Skilled in negotiation ● Patient and able to handle customer rejection ● Effective Communication ● Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems ● We would prefer candidates with credit card processing/merchant services experience. Responsibilities: ● Cold call people using a given phone directory to gain their interest in our product/service. ● Transferring potential interested customers to a closer. ● Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits. ● Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. ● Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information. ● Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements. ● persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
